- We provide free shipping across India. Domestic orders are usually delivered in 7-12 business days.

- For international orders shipping charges are applicable and can be viewed at the time of checkout. Charges may vary from product to product due to variation in size, weight and content. We take about 15-20 days for international deliveries. Free international delivery over the purchase of Rs35,000.

After order confirmation, you will get two emails.
1. Order confirmed! and tentative date of delivery.
2. Order Shipped!- that will hold information regarding the package with tracking details which can be accessed using the courier partner portal listed.

Cancellation and Refund
After an order is placed on the online store, a customer can ask for cancellation and refund within first 2 days. Ista is a designer label and works on a ‘made to order’ model. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund is not possible. From the textile weaving to the final stitch in a garment, our production is labour and hand intensive; which means that orders already underway cannot be cancelled or refunded. At present, we have a timeline of 10-15 days for fulfilling online orders. This is because our production involves handspun and handwoven textiles produced in remote villages of India, followed by hand block printing, hand embroideries, stitching and hand finishing of garments. All these processes are slow and labor intensive; and human errors and unexpected delays associated with them cannot be avoided many a time.

Returns
We accept returns for items that are:
- faulty or damaged.
- not what you ordered.
- more than 15 days late than the estimated delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned within 15 days. For any other reason of return

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a we will issue a coupon for the value that can be redeemed with next purchase. This coupon can only be used for in-store purchase on www.istaclothing.com and cannot be redeemed in cash.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at istaclothing@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
